-A Special B2B set with Simon Shackleton and The Scumfrog (!)
On this past NYE, long time friends of Opel, playa staples at Opulent Temple, Robot Heart, Distrikt, and other great camps; the taste makers Simon Shackleton & The Scumfrog did a 1 hour spontaneous tag set for the first time ever. The dance floor was giddy and it got so packed in the basement where they played the fire marshall had to stop letting people in.
After the result and response, we knew we had to do this proper, with an extended set in a tight club setting to see what compulsory groove places they would take us. Let’s double down and find out.
