Calvertron
(Twocker, Ministry Of Sound, Trouble & Bass, BugEyed, Household Management, www.myspace.com/calvertronica) -- United Kingdom

Following a string of speaker rattling productions and highly acclaimed remixes, Alex Calver aka Calvertron has found himself the subject of attention of some of the most credible artists and record labels in the business. His tracks are consistently featured on the UK’s national radio stations and are spreading like a pandemic into the sets of the world’s most influential DJ’s. Formerly the producer/engineer behind one of the UK's most groundbreaking music duo's 'Twocker’, Alex’s versatility knows no bounds, from bass driven house music and Jacking/Electro, to Minimal Techno and Tech House (sometimes under his ‘Kalva’ guise). Alex has become one of the leaders on the global scene and has already had the honour of remixing such legends as Laidback Luke, Armand Van Helden and Sander Kleinenberg. Alex's work can be found on many of the UK’s super labels like Cr2, Ministry of Sound, Toolroom and Champion records as well as an array of global imprints including Trouble & Bass, Potty Mouth Music, Vacation and Bugeyed, not to mention the rising success of his own label ‘Jack Knife Records’. Also an accomplished DJ, Calvertron sets are just like the tracks he makes, impossible to pigeonhole with all the excitement of a frog in a blender. His sets are in high demand and he regularly headlines clubs all over the UK, highlights include Ministry of Sound, Turnmills and The Que Club. He's toured every continent bar Antarctica but if there was a club down there he'd be partying with the penguins!

TIM HEALEY : www.djtimhealey.co.uk

“Tim Healey blows the speakers apart with his
trashed out sound, the music is as cutting edge as it
can be” DJ MAG (UK)

Brighton based DJ/producer Tim Healey, the godfather of electrohouse,
continues to blaze a trail in 2010. With killer releases,
awesome bookings and the launch of his second label SURFER
ROSA.

Surfer Rosa Record’s are already on their 4th release, and the label
looks ready to make as much of an impact as his other imprint: the
zeitgeisty GIANT PUSSY RECORDS, which launched in 2009.
Between the two labels, Tim has collected tracks from and
collaborated with: Felguk, Deekline, Bounty Killer, Fast Eddie, TAI,
Nom De Strip, Hatiras, Dirtyloud and Stripper. The tunes
consistently chart alongside releases from Deadmau5 and David
Guetta. They receive rave reviews, radio play and hit top chart
positions across most digital portals, from itunes, to Beatport,
cementing Giant Pussy’s place as a label to watch, and Tim’s
position as a music-industry mover and
shaker.

In 2010 Tim has also released with Tomcraft on Taste/d (Real
Smooth, and My People), and remixed Hatiras’ “Spaced Invader”.
His tune with Deekline, The Mexican was the 6th most requested
record on Australian network radio in June 2011. 2010 also sees
Tim working on his new album, slated for release in early 2011.
Recently Tim’s production skills have also been called in to produce
the much-hyped indie band: The Starlings.

As a DJ, Tim has toured with and supported artists as diverse as
Erick Morillo and The Prodigy, and decimated dance-floors at pretty
much every major rock festival in the world, from Reading to Fuji
Rock, via freak-fests like Burning Man (USA), and Fusion
(Germany).

Playing his unique blend of super-trash ghetto-electro and the
highest quality-club sounds, he’s no stranger to Manumission
(Ibiza), Pacha (Sao Paolo), Matter (London), and endlessly tours the
globe, gigging from Tokyo to San Francisco, via Eastern Europe and
China. If you want to rock an event, look no further.
